I went to the internet and found out that Tyler Perry is planning a big expansion in Atlanta. Most of you already know that Tyler Perry Studios sits on what was once land of Fort McPherson, (a former US Army base in Atlanta). Well, according to deadline.com, Tyler Perry and T.D.
